We know it can be hard to get an appointment when you need one, especially after hours or at short notice. That’s why we’re pleased to let you know about the government-subsidised digital-health service that gives patients access to virtual GP appointments 7 days a week. CareHQ is a trusted digital health provider, for when you need care outside our usual hours or can’t get in to see us. They are online 7 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Book a standard CareHQ appointment directly through the myindici patient portal and receive the exclusive subsidised consultation fees noted below:
- All children under 14 years of age are free, regardless of Community Service Card status
- Non-CSC holders pay $65.00 instead of $80.00 for a standard virtual GP consultation
- $30 standard virtual consultations with a registered nurse instead of $60.00
Further support between the Christmas and New Year period 2025

The following additional subsidies will be applied to all standard consultations between the 25th of December 2025 to the 2nd of January 2026. Please note this applies to bookings made via the myindici patient portal only. Not registered? Click here to register for the myindici patient portal now.
