Tessa is a qualified Occupational Therapist and is passionate about helping people reconnect with what matters most to them, whatever that looks like in their own lives. She has previously worked as a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) in another clinic and brings a wide range of experience in mental health and social services, as well as lived experience of disability and chronic pain. As the HIP, Tessa offers brief, practical sessions (around 30 minutes) focused on developing useful strategies and linking people with external services that support wellbeing.
