Fee Schedule

Henderson Medical Centre is a member of ProCare PHO. This means that all patients who choose to enrol with us are entitled to fee subsidies on some of our services. Casual patients and visitors do not receive these subsidies.

If you are a member of Southern Cross Health Society, we also offer Easy-claim. Simply provide your member details to one of our receptionists at the time of payment and they will do an on-the-spot online claim for you. No more filling out claim forms and waiting to be reimbursed!

The following fee schedule applies from 1st July 2025 and may change independently of this site.

Please note payment is required at the time of consultation. If not paid in full, an additional $10.00 penalty fee will apply.

If you are unable to attend your appointment or no longer require it, please advise Reception via phone (09 837 1110) or email ([email protected]) at least 3 working hours before your appointment.

If you fail to notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, a non-attendance or late cancellation fee will be incurred. This will apply to all age groups. For adults, 50% of the service fee will be applied and a flat rate of $10 for children 13 years and under.

This has been introduced as we have had a significant increase in the number of patients not turning up for their appointments or have cancelled at the last minute. This means we are not able to fill this spot for patients who need to see a GP urgently. HMC, at their discretion, will remove this charge in exceptional circumstances.
