myindici is a free and secure online portal that helps you manage your health and your family’s health, anytime and anywhere.

With myindici, you can:

  • Book 15-minute appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Settle outstanding invoices
  • View test results
  • Access your medical records

What is MFA, and why is it important?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds extra security to your patient portal. It works by asking you to enter a one-time code
(sent to your phone or email) before logging in. This helps keep your personal health information safe.

How does it work?

  • On your first login from a new device, you’ll receive a one-time code via your registered phone number or email.
  • You can mark devices as trusted, so you won’t need to enter a code every time.
  • If you log in on another device, you’ll be asked to repeat this process.
